Deborah is a wheelchair user, a multi-award-winning Disability Inclusion Consultant and a #1 bestselling children’s author, recognised as one of the UK’s most influential disabled changemakers. With 27 years of experience, she leads high-impact national work in disability inclusion, accessibility, and equity. She collaborates with local authorities, national advisory bodies, Parliamentary groups, research institutions, and public bodies to drive systemic change and create a lasting impact. Acknowledged as a leading national voice in equity, diversity and inclusion, her work has improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of people across key national sectors, including healthcare, public policy, housing, education, retail, fashion, community services, and children’s literature.
